Child
& Family Services
Through an integrated approach, KVCAP Child &
Family Services (C&FS) provides individualized, comprehensive,
high-quality early care and education, and family support
services to families in need to strengthen their capability
to improve their lives and the lives of their children.
We develop partnerships with families and staff to facilitate
learning, and provide encouragement, support, and advocacy.
We actively involve these partners in the development, implementation,
and evaluation of short-term and long-range goals for themselves,
their children, and the program. We engage in meaningful
relationships with community-based service institutions
and agencies, including informal neighborhood organizations,
to support the creation and continuation of services to
children and families.
